		<description>Adding to your differentiated article I have to raise another point: Are women not already loosing in  our western world? Still there is no similar situation for men and women in all respects. The problems are in the center of the activities of the public administration, the multinational organizations such as WHO, UNICEF, and the population. All health programs, which were begun in the last ten to fifteen years, to have its goal however does not reach. So a good thing you speak about the situation. But will it really change? We can just leave our whishes for the moment, as long as male behaviour like war lords are more important than female attitudes like charm</description>

		<description>Sounds realistic your evaluation. Nice that you follow up about these interesting african questions. But frequently I have the feeling that it is useless to think about it. Africa is somehow gone from our mindes and from television. There seems to be only war and disputes in a large range of African areas. So why to look at it? ... But you do the right thing: Better to go for it than to leave African questions alone. Go on please!.</description>
